Provision of full RAMS and Supportability package for a range of military systems.  

E Major was responsible for:

  • Ajax Fire Control System RAM and ILS package

  • Ajax Fire Suppression System RAM and Safety assessment

  • UAV engine reliability growth testing

  • Adsorption air dryer product development

Defence Information Infrastructure (DII)

Design, implementation and support of IT infrastructure for Europe's biggest IT project for 300,000 user population across 1,600 Fixed, Deployed and Maritime locations. 

E Major was responsible for:

  • Generating an end-to-end support solution to allow for independent unassisted provision of IT services by military personnel

  • Spares modelling and inventory management

  • DRACAS, FRACAS and continuous improvement activities

  • SLA measurement and reporting
